Hacienda, Cocina & Cantina

Cocina & Cantina is located at the Hacienda Beach Club, formerly known as Hacienda Hotel. Originally, it was one of the first hotels built in Cabo San Lucas. Two years ago, after a total renovation, it reopened it's doors and these are the reasons why we LOVE it.

Location: it is located at the Medanos beach, which is one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. Although Medanos is a very busy beach,  it's layout still allows room for privacy.

Food: Cocina & Cantina soon became one of the must-visit places because of their very authentic mexican cuisine. Prior to the opening, the chef, Octavio Hernández,  traveled throughout the country and created a very unique menu that is also a close representation of Mexican fare. Their green ceviche is a "must have"!

Service: It does not matter if you are talking to the hostess or the restaurant manager, your experience is always a joy. You can feel they are very proud of their product, and at the same time they want to make you happy.

Architecture: They've captured an elegant and refined look (but mind you, nothing too stiff).  You feel like you are walking in a nice Mexican Hacienda and then you step into El Mercado. Quite clever I must say!  A very authentic touch of the real Mexico. And did I mention, it's all overlooking the ocean?

Saludos!

We would like to start a series of articles about the must meet vendors in the Los Cabos area. We couldn't think of a better team to begin with than the very talented Alec & T.. I met them a few years ago, when they moved to Cabo in search of a better quality of life, which to me says something about the type of people they are. I am proud to witness how they have influenced our beautiful destination and our industry. They are smart, vibrant, nice people and have an endless amount of energy. The way they are, is precisely the way their art is: natural & emotive!

Here are few questions they have answered for us:

1.- 5 words describing Alec & T. Photography: Life~Fresh~Huggable~Friend~Consistent
2.- The number one advice you will give to brides to get amazing photos:
Make sure that you have chemistry with your photographer
3.- What is the ideal bride for Alec & T.?
Any bride that wants great photos is ideal. No matter what the wedding budget is, we give 1000 percent every-time.
4.- What is your shooting style?
We have a style all our own! It has been developed from years of dance/ film and television training. When you look at our work you will see it has the Alec & T. stamp. Every wedding requires a different twist depending on the couple's personality.
5.- Where do you find inspiration? We wake up inspired! We are into what we do!

Please grab a cup of coffee or a margarita (depending on the time) and enjoy their beautiful work

Saludos!

Here we are! After a few months of absence, we are back, with a new image, a new logo and a new team! I couldn't be happier or more proud to officially announce Martha Huerta as part of the SIGNATURE team. For more information about Martha's background, I would like to invite you to visit our US section. I just want to add that she is "la crème de la crème" in terms of Event Production. She puts her heart and soul into every single project she leads and it can only be translated as a joy to work and spend my days with.
I am also thankful for the great team that has made the new SIGNATURE possible: a special thank you to Brock & Dave from Infinet Design, without whom I would be lost somewhere between html & flash. They are not only creative, smart & professional, but they are also super nice people, patient, and never fail to deliver beyond what they promise. I have an enormous respect for their business.

Special thanks to all the amazing photographers you see featured on our web site, their work inspire me every day and we feel so lucky to work with such a great level of professionalism.

So, what about SIGNATURE? Very simple, we want to change the world. We believe that by doing our job at our very best, from the heart, and with intelligence, we affect our industry. We want to highly represent our destination. We want to offer a transparent planning process to our clients, we want to lead them to success (and I stole that phrase from the talented Todd Fiscus).

Voila! I hope you enjoy the ride with us; we are definitely having the time of our lives.
Warmly,

Sarai Flores
